Custom Products’ 30’ x 47’ prototype area has prohibited electronic badge only access protecting client confidentiality. Prototypes are built in our confidential prototype area for validation in the customers end application. Prototypes can be built with limited, and in some cases, no tooling. Our AWS certified technicians produce initial samples for eval­uation using hand layout, flexible or temporary tooling, and conduct process development activities such as weld process, weld sequence, finish specifications, unique processes, bonding in windows and structural adhesive application.
