In 1995, Custom Products started the 5-Star Engineering Apprentice Program, a local partnership for students interested in Engineering which has evolved into the current internship program. Every year, one high school student is selected to participate. Not only do they receive valuable exposure to our industry, high performing interns earn scholarship money toward their post-secondary education.
